Zilco Pessoa Gag

Also referred to as a "Dutch" Gag or "Continental" Gag. Popular in showjumping and eventing.
The rein can be attached to the large ring for an action similar to a snaffle. A curb rein can be attached to one of the bottom rings to introduce a gag action. The lower the curb rein is attached, the stronger the gag action will be.

Eggbutt Gag Snaffle

Also known as "Cheltenham Gag". The Cheltenham Gag is a running gag with eggbutt bit rings, which help prevent lip pinching. It is used mostly on horses that lean on the bit or take hold. It is also a useful bit to use on horses that hold their head too low as it will raise the head carriage. The cheek pieces of the Cheltenham gag slip through slots in the bit rings to give a clearly defined aid.

As with pelhams and weymouth bits, the bridle cheek pieces are attached by the eye at the top of the bit to produce a more direct poll action. The slotted cheeks allow the rider to alter the rein position to increase or reduce the curb action. Comes complete with double link curb chain.

Zilco FM Bit

Stainless steel. Also known as a Fulmer bit or Australian Loose Ring Cheek Snaffle.
The long cheeks press against the sides of the muzzle during lateral movements and prevent the bit from being pulled through the mouth. The cheeks can be left free, or they can be held in position through the use of FM Keepers.
If keepers are used, the bit acts not only on the corners of the mouth, but also on the sides of the bars, exerting more pressure. The loose rings allow movement of the mouthpiece (as opposed to the Full cheek Eggbutt bit).
